We know that our service is our business and we take our standards very seriously. The aim of the Standards Review Board (SRB) is to monitor, audit and develop all trade services provided and ensure the highest levels of service, quality and value are consistently delivered.

The hub
All of our central services are delivered from the head office in Essex. These include technical support, marketing, operations and management; call centre help desk and health and safety management.

Call centre
Key to our operation is our centralised 24/7 call centre, where enquiries, orders and all customer care correspondence is managed. The call centre is manned constantly to ensure all calls and orders are seamlessly received and despatched correctly and then followed up to ensure a satisfied client.
