All franchisees are vetted, CRB checked and profiled to ensure that their attitudes and aims match that of the whole network.

We offer the best training

All franchisees attend our own intensive, accredited training course before starting work.

Our network support is second to none

Our national service centre is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by a team of dedicated support staff, who will get a gas installerr whenever and wherever you need one. They take all calls, handle all paperwork and keep you informed, so that our engineer can concentrate on getting the job done.


     
     
  Customers charter

Standard Service Call Monday Friday 8am to 6pm

Our 'standard service call' includes up to one hour's labour. If it is immediately obvious that we cannot reasonably fix the problem in that time, we will not make a charge and instead will leave you with an estimate FREE OF CHARGE and without obligation.

Emergency, Evening & Weekend Service Calls
Out of hours and weekend service calls will incur a minimum set charge and include up to one hour's labour. This should be enough to complete most small jobs and repairs and make safe any emergency situations. We will also leave a free estimate for any further works or repairs.

Arriving on time

Your GasLocal installer will give you a two hour window for appointments. In the unlikely event that he fails to notify you well in advance of any anticipated delays he will give a £10 reduction on your bill.
